In my experience, Juan Pablos in Sulphur Springs serves the best Tex Mex in East Texas. The service is exceptional, and the food is always delicious and fresh. The staff are friendly and efficient, making every visit enjoyable.

I don't eat here often but i'd prefer tamollys because the have a bigger menu, but i'd like if they added an actual salad and not taco salads and big stuff like that. anyways the meat on the tacos taste weird and the rice is just not for me. this gets a 2 stars.

Foode was different this last time. I love Pico but it wasn't worth buying. Seen people leave a full plate. Please go back to the real cook.

We arrived at 10:55. They open at 11 the sign on the door says. We stand at the front door for 12 minutes after they were suppose to open before anyone came to the door. The man who opened the door said it would be another. 15 minutes maybe before they could open due to short staff. We asked if we could at least wait inside since it was in the 40's and blowing mist and cold. He said he could not let us in to stay warm and shut the door. Was very rude. They just lost our business and this was one of our favorite places to eat when in sulphur springs. That is just poor business practice to make loyal customers wait outside in the cold rain. Bad bad business. Was about 20 people waiting. All walked away after that and left.

The food is AMAZING! and Ricky is an awesome server! We have been twice and will definitely continue to eat there.

We have eaten at this restaurant at least a hundred times & find it to be fantastic! Great food on hot plates, quick & friendly service!

Never again. I got the burrito el grande and according to the menu it has all the lettuce and tomatoes on it. Apparently it's now just meat and tortilla vs the large burrito you use to get. They want to add on a charge for the veggies. Not worth the cost of the plate anymore. Definitely will be finding somewhere else to go on our weekly trips.

Very unhappy ' had fajitas used to love them but they were dry and the onions were burned we were supposed to have a waitress she refused to serve us we ended up with a waiter never got refills on drinks and food was cold thank you anyway but I will never return Aug 31
