I have been eager to dine at Kempner Brick Oven for quite some time. My brother has been a regular visitor to the restaurant with his friends for years now whenever they are in Gatesville TX. The positive feedback I received from them about the German cuisine at Kempner Brick Oven was indeed accurate.

Fresh breads are top notch! The food is excellent. Amazing desserts and pastries. One of our favorites is the pretzel rolls. You've got to call ahead or get there early bc they don't last long.
Owners and staff are good people. We love this place!
