Mas Fajitas in Caldwell is a fantastic dining spot! The atmosphere is lively, the service is attentive, and the food is simply delicious. I particularly enjoyed the beef fajita meat and the generous margaritas. It's definitely a place I will return to for more tasty Tex-Mex dishes.

My friends and I stopped for lunch last weekend, I was paying for my friend and myself. I ordered a Chile relleno w/beans and rice and my friend ordered similar, I also ordered a sprite and my friend ordered a skinny margaritas. Out server was new and when I paid it was almost 60.00. She didn't have an itemized ticket just electronic so I couldn't see an itemized total. It just seems very steep for lunch for 2

Wow! Excellent food! Great service. Bernice was our waitress. She had the sweetest smile and did the best job making sure we had what we needed.
Highly recommend the shrimp cocktail (we shared) and I had the stuffed avocado with spinach and mushrooms, delicious! Husband had the beef stuffed avocado, same, delicious.
So much food we had to do a doggie bag.

Ordered the Carne guisada platter, it looked and tasted like dinty moore beef stew from a bucket, the vegetables were mushy and unidentifiable. I have never seen carrots in carne guisada or spanish rice and the black beans were sweet and had a hint of vinegar. I've eaten a lot of mexican food in my life and this was one of the worst examples. Never again

The food is usually good , however we have noticed that the salsa is more watered down
