😡Today i called Ohana to order my food for pick up, the Lady who answer the phone was so rude. first, i barely hear her on the phone so i always asked what she was saying and asked if she get my order.. but what she did is hang me up on the phone without completing my order, i called again and nobody answer the phone..
i drove to the place and order for to go. i saw the lady who picking up orders via phone.. i asked her if i can talked to the manager and she told me NO MANAGER..
i asked her name so i can mentioned her but he told me she has no name and trying to avoid me... i just told her before i left the restaurant has a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I got home and hoping to enjoy the food but to my surprize the food now that they serve is not as famous and good that was like before, the rice and the meat was dry, the vegetables is salty... i ended up throwing it in the trash and disappointed. wasting my money for expensive food which is not good now...
i will never go back there again in Ohana Japanese Steak in Levelland! not good for recomendation either..

Just stopped to eat with a family of 7 with 45 min to close. Not a sole in the place and the guy told us we could only have 5 so we said to split us up. Then he said we had to have a reservation. At this point we could tell we were not wanted. He would rather play on his phone with an empty restaurant then have paying customers. Will never go back!!!

The food was alright, our chef was very inexperienced and absolutely no interaction with us. As soon as the food was prepared they immediately started cleaning the grill with chemicals and there was an chlorine oder as we dined. We collectively thought it was very rude. They also turned away customers, there window has store hours of 11-10, the customers were turned away at 9:15. Very poor experience in my book.
