Went to Outback for lunch yesterday for my birthday. We were seated promptly and it went down hill from there. Everything was slow from that point on. The booth next to us was empty when we sat down and then shortly occupied by a couple. Our waitress came and took our drink orders, and when she brought our drinks, we asked for sweet and low. She said she would be right back with some. After 10 minutes, I got up and found some on a table. We finally got our blooming onion which was good. We sat and waited for our salads and the couple in the next booth which came in after us finished there meal and left. While we were waiting for our salad, that booth was occupied again. Our salads arrived and we enjoyed them. We then sat and waited for our steaks. When they arrived, three of them were cooked as ordered and one was not. They immediately took it back and fixed a new steak. As I was finishing my steak, the booth next to us emptied again. WE sat and waited for our bill, finally it came and 10 minutes later we were finally able to leave. What should have been an hour lunch turned in to an hour and forty five minutes. I have no problem with the food, the serving staff leaves a lot to be desired.
