The food is consistently delicious at R & K, a local greasy spoon diner that serves down home cookin'. The service is always friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food served.

Great food, from the pancakes to the Steaks. BUT, You might not like the cackling waitress that hugs every man, that comes in. Or the waitress, that has one big trash mouth, ever word out of her mouth is f***, this and m*****f**** that. Or the one that goes around whispering in their fellow workers ears but also the customers, just stirring up what ever she can . OH WAIT That's THE CACKLING ONE.. Don't get to discouraged there are at least three good servers, one is short , the other is tall. Let's just hope they remain in jolted by the others.

I've been eating there for 25 years it's always been good wholesome home cooked food. Fast friendly service.

Good food, lightening fast service from staff that have worked there a long time and are still friendly. I've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner.. see many customer faces over and over. If the parking lot is full, go anyway, the wait has never been more than a few minutes. Ricky in Aledo
