Always hot and fresh

Reserved a priority seating reservation. We did arrive 17 minutes early, but they told us it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Twenty-five minutes after our priority seating reserve time passed (we waited 42 minutes) and I saw them empty a room full of people that had come in after our slotted time, I inquired why we hadn't been seated. I'm fed the BS line that there were people waiting outside we didn't see. In the cold?! Nuh uh! I was told we were fifth in line. We gave them another five minutes and then left and went to the restaurant next door where we got in right away. Not sure what the point of priority seating is if you aren't going to follow the order of people coming in and are going to make them wait that long. The old fashioned I got from the bar while waiting to be seated was watery and sugary and costs $12.

We came in Saturday night and waited sometime for a table. Understandable as the mall was packed. Once we got sat Olivia quickly greeted us! Everything was perfect and she was very friendly. Our kids enjoyed the experience and commented on how quick Olivia was. Thanks for the amazing night.

Absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced. This was our first visit and will be our last. They have no ideal how to service a group of quest's.

There were 4 of us who dined at Black Rick in Toledo. It was a GREAT experience! We had great cuts of tuna. My sister is very picky but was able to cook her steak to her own liking! We all loved it!
