I have tried their pizza a few times now and it has left a good impression on me. The crust is nice and thick, with plenty of cheese and a delicious sauce that I enjoy.

VERY ANNOYED. ordered large pizza no hot sausage
Received Xlarge with hot sausage.
ordered @ 5:45 pm Didn't receive until 7:45 pm
2 HOURS
When we received the pizza it was cold
The width of the crush without any toppings was 2 to 3 ins.
If we had been told it would be 2 hours before we received our meal
we would have done something different for our meal
WILL NOT be getting pizza front Palace Pizza anytime soon

Seriously, no word of a lie, THE BEST PIZZA EVER! This is the second time I've gotten it and it's amazing. The wings are ceaser salad are incredible as well! Portion sizes are very generous.
Definitely a hidden gem in Victoria harbour.

Sorry i am late posting this but i have been busy, i order a pizza 2 days ago and it was great, so nice to finally have a pizza place around, not that garbage pizza hut, pizza nova and so on, i will drive in from Midland any day for another one, thank u.

Having been to your restaurant many times and the pizza, fish and chips have been excellent. However, the last few times with the pandemic service has been 1-1/2 hr. wait to pick up and order has been wrong. That's way too long. When you place an order, make sure 100% you are giving that customer their pizza and not someone else's order. May be you don't have enough staff on a Friday or Saturday night, bring more staff in so customers are not waiting and frustrated. Maybe it makes a difference if you are a regular weekly customer. Sure seems that way.

FANTASTIC BURGERS!!!! Excellent food and great delivery service!!! I recommend that you place your dinner order after lunch so the delivery person can compute the logistics.ðŸ˜

Can't comment on the taste of the pizza have never ordered there before, but had company today and ordered 2 large pizzas and wings at 5:20 was told 45 minutes wait , ok not to bad being a Friday night, hour later I called said it was going in the oven. Hour later I went up to see if it was ready, not only was it not in the oven but would be another 30 minutes.So that would be around7:30-8:00 .Needless to say i cancelled. Lots of shouting going on with orders being delayed. Maybe when I asked how long it would take and they said 2 hours I could have cooked dinner for my guest unfortunately they had to leave to get their child to bed. I was so upset.So like to support local businesses but don't lie on your wait time. Don't help me or YOU. Must be good pizzas for a 3 hour wait. I'll pass.
