Came here on a Sat morning with my husband. He ordered 2 PIECES OF PANDESAL ASADO and pointed to it on the glass display to show to the cashier lady.

For some reason we will never understand, she gave him 2 DOZENS OF PLAIN PANDESAL which was NOT in the glass display or anywhere near the cashier.

My husband politely repeated his order but the lady rudely insisted that he asked for 2 DOZENS OF PLAIN PANDESAL. We were so confused but she rudely and begrudgingly took the plain pandesal and gave my husband what he asked for. She did this by slamming shut very loudly the glass display and shoved my husband's order in front of him.

She then proceeded to give him his change without looking or saying anything. My husband thank her anyway and we left.

I so badly wanted to confront her but didn't want to ruin her day so I let it be. It ruined ours instead.

EXTREMELY DISGUSTED by this cashier lady's behaviour. Such a shame because we liked their pastries but we're never going back after this awful experience from someone who clearly hated her job and lacked simple manners!

The product is good"¦customer service is very poor. Im buying 1/2 dozen for more price but they will not give the clear plastic when requested for a reason that it is designed for 1 dozen only. Why do i have to pay more for 1/2 dozen? Even i like your pandesal, i might as well go back to other bakery who is very nice.
