Rude, disorganized, mismanaged. Not so fancy.
Had the worst experience here yesterday (Valentine day).
Reached 7.30pm and left at 10.30pm without food.
Seems they were very disorganized and was over capacity. Everyone was asking on how long it is going to take.
At 9.30pm, called our server and told him that buddy, how long is it going to take further to get food.. to which he said 15mins.
10pm, I got up and told straight up that you got 5 mins else we leave.
10.15pm, we finally give up and go to the main area near entrance to pay for the drinks and leave.
When I told the main area that 2.5hr+ has gone by and still no food (as other new customers were hearing that clearly). He got upset and said why don't you go stand on the door and tell that to everyone. And then asked security to remove us. No apologies or attempt to correct this but instead be rude, insulting. Mind you I was here with small kids and family.
Please don't be disrespectful to your customers (whichever ones still buy into your marketing). Well at least I will not be the one in future.

They serving full vodka bottle to some already high dudes who end up throwing up on patio spoiling everyone s experience
Music too loud
Managers after owners to please them not caring abt customers
