The apple tart I tried was perfectly light and the apples were very fresh. The store was very quiet when I arrived, one other customer browsing the display. Their cakes are on our table every holiday and celebration, as well as all our friends and family, love Alice Bakery!

i have ordered the cherry pie from Alice Bakery for several years, two or three times a year. The last few times, including yesterday, the pastry has been over-baked and almost tastes burned. We have had to cut of part of the base and top of the pie crust.
Either a few minutes too long in the oven or a few degrees to high. A pity because this used to be my family's favourite pie.
