My first experience with poutine left me uncertain about its intended taste, especially since I didn't opt for the "classic" version. The Italian sausage and bacon cheesesteak we tried turned out to be exceptionally flavorful, with fresh fries and nicely chewy cheese curds. The cleanliness of the store, even an hour after opening, added to the positive dining experience.
