As a guest at Saddle Brook Ranch for a hosted dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The grilled salmon with couscous and dark chocolate torte were both expertly prepared and presented, while the deconstructed carrot cake was a true work of art. The attentive staff, diverse menu options, and lovely mountain views made for a delightful dining experience that I look forward to repeating in the future.
