Best steak house in Arizona!

Had an out of town guest & a husband who had never eaten here. I hadn't been here in years as we had moved out of town, but though it had a very limited menu, the steaks & ribs had always been good. Our guest & I ordered ribeye steaks, & my husband ordered ribs. Both steaks were overcooked & tasteless, while the ribs were burnt bones with hardly any meat on them. The potatoes weren't fully cooked & barely warm. The beans were tasteless, cool & watery. We never saw our waiter again (he had dropped the bill with the meals served). We tried to get 3 different servers to help us. We were told "not my section" or not my table" by each of them. Asked another worker to send out the manager. After 45 minutes we finally put money on the table, left 3 basically uneaten meals & left for dinner at the Texas Roadhouse.

I went with about 8 neighbors for dinner tonight and had great service from the hostess, server and bus people. Very friendly, always getting our sides before we asked for them. It was a very good experience with a full house. The pork ribs are to die for. The pitcher of margaritas was excellent before dinner. Great job on the training of the staff.
