05/21/2009 - david h
One possible explanation for the attitude from the long blonde ponytail girl became pretty evident the other morning. Cafe Diva has apparently closed business permanently as of 05/15/2009
While I'm in agreement about some of the service issues, I absolutely love the coffee itself. And I've had plenty of good customer experiences there over the years.
Thanks for many years good service.

The infamous girl with the long blonde ponytail. Must be the owner's daughter because I don't believe anyone else would allow their workers to treat people so horribly. I went thru the drive thru this morning. She yelled at me, slammed the window in my face. I finally had to tell her to cancel my order. Her response was, fine with me and another window slamming. Never again will I go there and I will be sure to tell all my friends and co-workers
01/15/2009 - Rude Employee - perhaps the manager
I was a regular customer but was treated very rudely by the girl in the pony tail that is always there in the morning.
There needs to be better management of the employees, and they need to be taught customer service skills. I will not support a business that treats their customers like a nuissance.

I went to Caffe Diva this morning and while the food might be good and the drinks might be great, that hardly matters when you are not served. I waited at the counter while the two people working chatted away ignoring me. When I was finally acknowledged, I asked what bagels were available. The girl rolled her eyes and sarcastically told me to read the sign. She was obviously to busy going over the previous nights events to help the ONLY customer in the store. I left.
As a side note, the wifi was also out of service. (I am a 25 year old, and prefer to spend my money in establishments where I am not treated like a nuisance.)
