Whenever I visit my 85-year old mother in Catalina, we have breakfast every morning at Sunny Side Up. She loves the food and service. After visiting there several years, on March 13, 2010 they charged us $1.25 for hot water, which I find to be a deplorable practice. After asking the server and cashier, they said this was standard, although we were not charged for hot water on the 3 previous days. I was extremely disappointed and left there feeling I had been robbed.
