Santa Fe in Glenpool is a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and friendly staff. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and I can't wait to return for their incredible tacos and grilled chicken.

just left the glenpool restaurant and I have the following comments: 1. entered and it was a mess from start, no table or booths open or ready to seat customers and was told it would be a 5 min. wait. but was seating in about 3 min. 2. table was dirty and there was food on the seats on my side of the table. 3. why would you put anyone in a booth by the rest room? 4. server was very nice but was very loud and pushing for us to order or to get something else which upset my wife. 5. w e ordered: she ordered ribeye and salad and she was not happy with the salad and didn't eat all the ribeye. we got a to go box to brink what was left to the dogs. 6. I ordered ribeye sandwich which was very cold, I asked for wel done and it was not cooked well done, it had red in the mean. the fried were hot on top but cold under the pile like they had been setting under heat lamb. 7. I didn't finish any of the it and didn't ask for a to go box because I didn't think even my dog would it it.
my wife refused to allow my to make a complaint while there, so I am doing it now. overall my wife and I feel that this location doesn't even deserve the 1 star. we have been there before and were very satisfied. we don't want a free meal, this or that, just want what we ordered and paid for. we sure didn't get that for the $38.46 we just paid. we have decided not to visit you restaurant again.

My wife and I dined on 8/19/14 and had a great meal. Service was good and food was excellent.
We will eat there on our next trip to Tulsa.

This was the worst experience i have ever had! My friend and i came in to have lunch around 11:00am. We were quickly seated and were rushed to order. When we recieved our food my gravy tasted awful and was very lumpy,and my chicken tasted undercooked and chewy. My friend ordered a light pairing and it says potato or sweet potato, half a santa fe club and a soup or salad. She was only given 2 items and was told she couldnt get the half sandwhich. I find this ridiculous because it is a seven dollar meal and we got a salad and a baked potato. This is the worst experience i have had at santa fe.
