Thanks to Just a Bite, my mother-in-law had a fantastic birthday with their delicious carrot cake and tasty biscuits and dinner rolls. The cake was presented in a lovely pink and white striped box, adorned with chopped nuts and whole pecans. The customer service at Just a Bite is truly outstanding.

03/12/2023 - Response to Chocolate cake review
The cake was made per husbands request. Which he stated he forgot to ask for purple for the writing" Happy Birthday witchy wife" he also stated they both were used to cakes that are not made by scratch. There was not any cherry flavoring just a rich natural chocolate. They ate over half the cake.Owner Stephanie

My husband ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing and purple writing for my Halloween birthday. Cute cake, but the writing was white, not purple. The lady we met there said they'd make it up to us next time. Then we tasted the cake. Both the cake and the icing tasted like cherry! Yuck! My husband brought the cake back to Just a Bite. The lady there tasted a small bit of icing - none of the cake itself - and claimed she didn't taste cherry. She said there was no cherry flavoring added to it, that we were probably tasting the dark chocolate that was used in the mix. Huh? Since when does dark chocolate taste anything like cherry? Expensive and nasty. We won't be back.
