Slow on getting food out, and when order arrived, it was missing items . Asked the checker twice for the missing portions of the order, my wife asked the cook, who gave back rude responses. This occurred on both trips to Captain D, this month.

On April 2, 2022 I went to the drive through at Captain D's Restaurant in Owosso about 6.30 pm. I placed my order and a male voice came over the speaker and I couldn't understand a word he said. I asked him to repeat what he said and them a female's voice came over the speaker and I couldn't understand her either. I kept trying to communicate with them with no response. After a few minutes I drove to the drive through and was met by a black female and she asked why I drove to the window. I tried to explain I could not understand them through the speaker. She said they couldn't understand me and refuse to wait on me. I told her maybe something was wrong with the speaker. She said she has been taking order all evening and there was nothing wrong. I speak very good English and no one else has ever had trouble understanding me and never been treated like that anywhere. I will never go back and word of mouth goes a long way. I have gone to the Owasso restaurant ever since they first opened years ago. Never again
