Great burgers fries, shakes! Cozy diner, good people!

Some people mistake this burger house with other restaurants in the area, like Freddie's steakhouse near Sapulpa.....it's not. Some think it's Hanks hamburgers....it's not. Hanks are okay but can't compare to Freddies. And the French fries are like you would make at home..if you could. No watered down pop, great malts and shakes and I don't know where you can get a steak sandwich besides Freddie's. Hot dogs for the kids or those adults who want one of each. I have lived in the area for many years and continue to enjoy the best burgers around. Get your next real burger at Freddie's @ 7th & Lewis Tulsa

02/13/2020 - Salad Lady
I've been eating here for over 19 years. The food is always exceptional. However, the customer service hads been pretty shady lately. Today my salad was wrong, so I called and they basically blamed it on me that my salad was wrong and "there was no dressing written down on the ticket" but its a salad. They were NOT empathetic. I called twice to make sure the order was right and to NOT forget the condiments since I had someone else picking up the order. I drove my salad back up there and they said they would re make it. They didnt, they just threw stuff ontop of the salad. Didn't offer a discount or anything. Meanwhile everyone back at my office was waiting for their salad, as well as the condiments we asked for. We all had cold lunch and when I called back after I had left Fred told me "is that the salad lady, tell her she can call me back later after lunch" - Very disappointed. Bring back the Quillmans please. They were the best. Had best customer service, and made sure customers were taken care of.
