We had a delightful experience at Pepper's Grill. The salsa had a wonderful flavor profile that was not overpowering, and the service was attentive and friendly. We look forward to returning to explore more of the menu options.

Love their food, but absolutely CANNOT get them to understand that when I say, "No cheese on anything, please" I mean that I cannot tolerate cheese on anything! Documented 15 cases of cheese on 1 or more components of a meal even with explanation of why I am making the request.
I'm DONE! Good food, reasonable prices, but even after speaking with management at the 91st and Delaware location numerous times, there was cheese on my meal.

Good food, fresh, not the preheated crap in national chain food. Great service.

Awful food including cold chips, ketchup salsa, lumpy white queso that was as yellow as regular queso and entrees that included rock hard flour tortillas and a cheese enchilada that was solidified room temperature cheese. Gross.
