They're on to something

Today a friend and I ate lunch at this location; we were not pleased with the food. We ordered the crab cake sandwiches which tasted spoiled (the crab meat) and they were over cooked. I think our order was over looked so they ended up cooking it in a rush and burning one side of the crab cakes. I brought it to the waitress (Paige) attention and ask her to let the manager know of the problem but she never did.
