First time eating there ordered chicken tenders no seasoning what so ever my boyfriend ordered prime rib cane out nothing but fat sent it back n manager bought it back n it was cold n didn't notice til we got home it was nothing but fat to .I have never had an experience like we had here wasn't impressed with this place n will not be back .our meal cost $66 dollars before they took $25 off then it was $44 it wasn't worth $2 that's how bad it was

having been a customer before the remodel that Harveys has done. the new layout certainly gives the bar much more room, however it has LOST the intimate charm that was available in the "OLD" bar. the new area is Far Too Loud and there needs to be some sound break between the bar area and the dining areas. You cant hear anything and all the sound bounces off the hard surfaces with nothing soft to absorb any of it. perhaps some sound panels hanging from the roof in the bar area and maybe some kind of divider that keeps the bar noise in the bar. we understand you've got more room for bar sales but at the cost of lost intimacy that people loved in the Old bar area. food is still good but its just not Harveys any more

Your food is great! But I am on Weight Watchers, and it would help so much if you would do something with Weight Watcher's on your Menu. It would also help those who prefer a smaller portion. Thanks
