My family has been going to this establishment since the 80s. We have a lot of experience in dining as well, and the customer experience ALWAYS starts with the one running the joint.

Well, while the food and establishment itself is still amazing to us, the OWNER leaves a lot to be desired (PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTITUDE). I won't get into specifics out of respect of others, sorry.

Customer Service is the ONLY reason we won't be back, but more specifically, the owner.
