Carbone's serves the best pizza in the valley, and the thin crust is perfectly greasy, making it a hit with kids and adults alike. Saturday night my wife and I decided to get Carbones pizza. I've been having it for 40 years. It has always been my favorite. We ordered a sausage/mushroom with extra sauce for a total of $14.99. I went and picked it up and didn't look at it closely because I've always like their pizza. After I arrived home I opened the box and gave my wife 5 pieces and I had 5. After 3 pieces I noticed that I only had 3 pieces of sausage and 1 slice of mushroom. Normally my wife gives me a handful of mushrooms that she removes and gives to me. She had 3 mushroom slices. I also noticed the pizza was very undersized for a large. I decided to return it. I brought it back and finally got what I think was the dark haired bearded manager with a severe attitude. I insisted that I wanted a refund and he started raising his voice and telling me at the top of his lungs that we ate half of the pizza. WRONG.While this was happening another elderly patron approached the register and also registered a complaint about the pizza being too small. He would have none of it and threatened the police to remove me at which point I left. Oh.. They did offer another pizza but I wasn't going to take a chance. After 40 years of Carbones I am severing my business with them. Good bye Carbones and if you don't fire that xxxxxxx manager something is wrong with this establishment.
