There's a Chinese takeaway in St. Paul that I've been going to for years, and their Hot and Sour Soup is unbeatable, making it my favorite place to order from. The portions are generous, the prices are fantastic, and the service is always friendly, so every time I indulge in their food, it feels like a little celebration.
