There's a serious shortage of good fried chicken in the Twin Cities, especially when you think about cities like Chicago that do it right. Wing Joint has the best wings around, with amazing flavor and friendly service, and I can't help but dream of their other menu items making a comeback.

There is a real shortage of quality fried chicken spots in the Twin Cities, especially when compared to places like Memphis or Dallas. Surprisingly, there is at least one Midwestern city that knows how to do southern food justice - Chicago. The fried chicken at Wing Joint in the Twin Cities is truly exceptional, with flavorful wings that make you wish they offered more variety in cuts.
