I came across the Parlour food truck parked in front of Bald Man Brewing in Eagan and decided to try their fries. The fries were served hot, perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of salt - a delicious accompaniment, especially with a cold beer. If you come across the Parlour food truck during your travels, I recommend giving their fries a try for a satisfying snack.
