Literally made me wait more than an hour as a form of punishment since they are "tired of bringing out my order curbside"Internet connection is constantly down so don't even waste your time ordering online.Employees are immensely difficult and will berate you even if you spend more than $50 everyday. (Thanks Loti, Hawi)My last online order is still yet to be refunded because their (internet was down!) Well here's a thought, why not inform the customers or platforms beforehand instead of misleading people to believe they are able to order.Admittedly their food is good, but customer service is remarkably horrible.Regret to concede, won't see a penny from me or my dad. 'Regret' since I really sympathize for small restaurants during this pandemic.And so as to denote my earlier statement - that's alot of money you can forget about ?In verity, I hope you learn what customer service orientation means.Sadly I do not recommend ?
