I have enjoyed my visits to your establishment, particularly because of the friendly and attentive service provided by the young lady named Kayla behind the bar. Her proper technique in pouring a pint of Guinness impressed me, as it is a rarity to find such skill. The atmosphere has improved significantly since my initial apprehension, and now I look forward to returning whenever I am in the area.
