Incredibly poor customer service on 9/23/12. Came in for lunch and had the opportunity to choose from all-you-can-eat lunch or all-you-can-eat dinner. Chose dinner, which was $6 more per person, even when we did not have to. Most people would not pay more if they had the option not to, especially because the difference is so minute. Anyway, we ate the majority of what we ordered. We left 12 pieces of sushi, from three rolls we did not like. We were told by the server and hostess that if we did not eat all of our food they would have to charge us more. I was appalled. We ate most of what we ordered, we chose to pay more when we did not have to, and we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. We were not throwing away an excessive amount, further, we paid for it, if we choose to discard it, we should be able to do so (when asked if we could take it with us, we were told that there is an extra charge to take left-overs). By the way, this was our third trip there and the sushi we were throwing away was TERRIBLE! Anyway, the hostess continued to argue with us and tell us that if we are to go into HER restaurant, than we needed to eat all of our food. Horribly unprofessional and disgusting customer service especially when we were the only customers. They have lost our business and have gained more people who will let others know that eating in that establishment is not a good experience.
