This Minnesota establishment run by Ruth and her chef husband has been a family favorite for generations. Their American Chinese cuisine, along with a great selection of Cantonese dishes, is worth a try. The chow fun noodles are a must-have, and the friendly service and fresh food make it a top pick for dining out.
