The Cubano sandwich is truly delicious. The pulled pork on it is great. It is savory without being overly salty; it is spicy without being hot. The texture is wonderful. Give it a try--you will not be disappointed.

So, stopped by my favorite little hole in the wall restaurant in Bullard off the 344 and Teaselville only to find out they were closed for remodeling. I was very surprised to see they were finally opened today. Went inside to order our favorite pizza and was met with a few changes. Deep South Coffee House is now The Smoking Pig. They don't serve pizza anymore. This was heartbreaking to me as they had THE BEST PIZZA IN EAST TEXAS! My daughter and I ended up ordering the pulled pork sandwich and fries. All I have to say is,"WOW!" The menu may be different but the food is still "TO DIE FOR!" If you're looking for the best food in East Texas, stop by The Smoking Pig. You wont be disappointed. While you're there, tell them to bring back the PIZZA! Good dinning.
