I've been going to maddox for over 20 years love there food went there tonight and they gave me the wrong order I asked for a family meal for four of there turkey steaks I got a single meal and a pie that I didn't want or order didn't Relies tell I got home I ordered on my way home from work after a 10 hour shift thinking I'm going to get the right dinner to surprise my wife and my family because it was my Anniversary kinda makes me mad because I've been going there for 20 years and the manager wouldn't Replace my order or Refund my money like I say I love there food and never had this ever happen but I think they need to get there people on board I'm a paying Customer.

SINCE I WAS A LITTLE GIRL WE HAVE ENJOYED MADDOX. A TRIP PAST BRIGHAM CITY ALWAYS INCLUDED A STOP AT MADDOX. WITH THEIR WIDE VARIETY ON THEIR MENU EVERYONE WAS HAPPY. SPECIAL OCCASSIONS WOULD WARRANT A SPECIAL DINNER. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE YEARS OF GREAT FOOD WITH MY FAMILY & FRIENDS.
