I had a chat with her in March and then totally forgot about it until just before my anniversary when I needed a custom cake. I was blown away by the amazing job she did with the design, using a card my wife made, and the price was a pleasant surprise! I've been enjoying her baked goods for a couple of years now, and they always surpass my expectations. Beth's treats are my absolute favorite in Cache Valley, and you can find her at the farmer's market, Main Street, or even at the mall - she's definitely worth seeking out!

While we are visiting Logan during the summer months from Arizona we must always go to the weekly Saturday farmers market in Logan and go to Beth's Bakery booth. I love her peach, apple, coconut cream, pecan, etc pies! And of course she has THE best Carrot Cake. Oh! And the ginger cookies are to die for! I can't forget the cheese cakes! But then every item I have tried is excellent! Keep baking Beth.
