This food truck run by two Salvadoran women specializes in delicious pupusas. I first tried this dish in Belize and was impressed by the authenticity of the flavors. The pupusas are filling and affordable, especially on Mondays when they are on special. The shaded seating area and fresh horchata add to the overall enjoyable experience. If you're in Logan, Utah and craving authentic Salvadoran food, this food truck is a must-visit.
