I'd say this joint is a solid 3.5 on my scale. The service was friendly, though a tad slow and scattered, but they were hustling with a packed house. The food was decent - not mind-blowing, but definitely satisfying. Overall, I'd give it a solid 4 stars to boost their average a bit.
