Obviously, Marilyn wasn't having her best day. she forgot to take our order and we were given the wrong dessert. I can understand a server having a bad day but what really bothered us was the way the manager on duty handled the situation after we found a huge black nasty hair on our chicken wing. It took forever for her to even come and come talk to us and check in and by that point we were no longer hungry and felt really disrespected. Instead of asking us what we would like or trying to make it up there just like oh yeah we took it off the menu or the receipt it's like well you fudge him better off because that was disgusting. The whole of the whole experience was just a cluster f-ck and it was awful

Visited Applebee's around 11:50 am. Only a few tables were occupied. The waiter asked us if we use a a smart phone.Yes we do but we left it at home. She put 2 menus on our table and that was all we got for today. Wr saw they served other tables who arrived after us, we waited patiently but nobody cared, so we left. We were regulars there, but this was our last visit for ever.
