This proved to be one of the most excellent finds on my trip to Bryce Canyon. Located in a tiny community called Hatch Utah, A small restaurant with a southwest look, proved to have a large menu. My family dined on a variety of salads, large very tasty burgers, and the best Chimichanga I have ever eaten! Although the food did take time to prepare, Because it was obviously cooked fresh after we ordered it, the food was well worth the wait. So, If you go in there and they are crowded, plan on waiting a bit. But, you will not be disappointed. I was happy with the quality of the food for the price as well.
