Got some food for pickand it literally took 3 hours and then another 1 hr after I got here

The food is great but we have had problems with To Go orders. They forgot salad dressing one time. Another time we asked for the barbecue sauce on the side and there was none at all in the box. I asked for lettuce, tomato and onion this last time and it was on the ticket but not on the sandwich. This has happened 3 times now and I know they are all little things and I know they get very busy but I wish they would take the extra minute to make sure the order is correct.

The steak was all fat and grizzly not worth the money complete trash will not return as a customer

We'v been in the New Hartford location a few times now.., we love it! If you're looking for the best steak you'll ever have, this is the place! Of course it depends on what day of the week you go as to how busy they're going to be
- just like any other great restaurant. That's just common sense. The service is great, the food is amazing. What more could you want? It's our new favorite place!
