The China House is my favorite spot for delicious Chinese food in Rome. The owners are incredibly friendly and the restaurant is always clean and colorful. I love ordering their Orange Chicken, Broccoli and Cashews, and the mushy pork pancakes - they never disappoint! The service is quick, the food is hot and fresh, and the owners are always accommodating. It's definitely a five-star experience every time!

We received food that was supposed to be very tasty. They told me when I ordered it. I had lo mein the vegetables were big enough to feed large animals.
The food had no taste and was very bland. I called and politely asked if they would do something about this. The guy pretty much hung up on me and didn't wanna hear anything from me again. He was very rude. I would never suggest going to this restaurant. I am really unimpressed. The mayflower was much better.

Ordered chicken & broccoli combo & beef and broccoli combo. The person who took my order wrote down the wrong order and gave me a sweet & sour combo. I called and they told me they can make the correct food but I have to pay for it, it was my mistake and hung up on me.

My entire family and I LOVE their food It's consistently EXCELLENT I've tried almost everything on the menu at least once and everything is authentic fresh and super tasty It arrives hot, well packaged and on time (we usually do delivery) The dining room is nice too though and service there has always been excellent as well Prices are good Nothing is "cheap" but definitely reasonable and so worth it Again THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!! 😊

I have eaten at the China House for many years and it hit me today that I need to tell more people what a great experience it is. FIrst off, the staff is friendly and always willing to do what they can to make your dining experience a positive one. The owners are involved and always check on our table.
The food is delicious. When I see some complaints, I wonder if they asked for something to be fixed or if they just like to rant online. I have never had a bad meal there. It is consistently warm, tasty and well made. They have a diverse menu. My favorites happen to be boneless ribs, spring rolls and any flavor fried rice, along with General Tso's. It is clean and has a lovely bar area as well. We will continue to visit China House. Why go anywhere else?

We waited a half hour extra for our food to come and it was cold, and wasn't good, The delivery man was rude and so were the people on the phone. They have terrible customer service, the deliver guy threw the change at my friend and sped off after we confronted him. We will NEVER order from here again and will be sure to notify others about this poor service. What a waste of money!!!
