They won the CNY wing war competition so I thought I'd give them a try...WOW....Honey Garlic Char Grilled wings are amazing! Will be back!

I ordered two lasagna dinners on super bowl sunday, and it was like a plate of soup or slop, the piece of sausage wasnt even an inch long, it was just a soupy sloppy mess hardly worth 8 dollars,should have been about two dollars and thats being generous. all in all it was really lousy

Just ordered a pizza (Upside down pizza) When I asked for this they said on the phone they could do it, When we got it it was not done in the middle it was soggy and the crust was gummy. I called the manager and told him about this and he said they don't do these pizza's and acted like he did us a favor doing it. Happy New year to us. this was poor customer service, he never asked us if he could do anything or take it back and see what it tasted like for him self. We order from franco's at least once a week or so. What a new years mistake we made today.

Had a mixed sub the other night, thick bun with skimpy meat portions, but all in all not bad.

the subs were awesome as usual but after waiting over an hour and the delivery man not asking if we want change I don't think it was worth it...I'm talking about you jerryy with two ys!!!!

My wife and I stopped at Francos Sunday evening 6/9/13 and we ordered a large philly steak sub, which was delicious but we made the mistake of asking for hot peppers to be put on our subs, well whoever made them put literally a whole jar of hot peppers on these subs, we had to pick them out of the sandwich before we could eat them, after one or two bites we knew that the amount of hot peppers was riduculous! If I ever go there again I will make sure not to order peppers!
