During my initial visit, I arrived early to avoid the crowds and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious calamari and homemade hats. The atmosphere was inviting, although at times the background music was a bit too loud, making it challenging to hold a conversation comfortably. Despite some minor service hiccups, the consistently good quality of the food leaves me looking forward to returning for another enjoyable dining experience.

We just came into the area and wanted to try great food in the area and came across this restaurant and besides we have seen commercial a few times on TV. I did call to get carry out, the gentleman answered. I told him that I wanted to get a carry out, he said "okay, u mean a to go? " I said yes, then he asked me "Are you from grub hub ?" I said No ( 1st I thought it was strange he asked me that) then he asked " Are you from door dash?" I said no. I told him that I wanted to get a shrimp scampi but I have a question, then suddenly he said "Oh no! you 're not from the local! so you can't order !!" then he hanged up on me. I was so surprised by his reaction, I thought I called the wrong number so I went to check on their website and it was correct number, so I called again and same guy answered. I told him that I want to get a carry out and then he hanged up on me again. I was not sure what was the problem with him so I asked my husband to call for me. He started yelling at my husband and said your number is not local so you can't get a to go. He said, he is business owner and he has business for 23 years, these people called in and didn't pick up their food so they don't do take out! I am telling you with his attitude his business will not last for 23 sec! so this business owner assumed that because we have phone number in different area code so he will not give us service. Need flat for this idiot - more area code changes are on the way! So PLEASE people DO NOT BOTHER to call this restaurant and take your business else where, if you do not have phone number NY area code, so you will get treated like this. If I can I would give this clown zero stars for yelling and cursing at paying customers. Outrageous and extremely rude and abusive behavior. Nobody should tolerate this garbage. If this is typical behavior around here nobody is going to spend ANY money supporting businesses like this!!
