Luigi's doesn't honor their add in the Rome Sentinel. This happened twice to me & was charged the regular price. The owner mumbled an excuse the first time & the second time I called & asked if the special was still on & he said yes. My husband picked up the order & was charged full price & he asked why & owner said cause we ordered something else w/it, & that was another excuse. Needles to say we'll never go back.
Also he closes when he feels like it w/out notice

LOVE the Food!!! and the SOUPs!!! are out of this world. Have Never had a bad experience or bad meal . Staff always make you feel welcome - almost like one of the family. Definitely Recommend this place, and you better bring your appetite!

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. We were told it would be about a half an hour for delivery. After waiting for almost an hour and a half, I called to check why our food was still not here. I was told that the deliveries were backed up and the driver was just leaving the restaurant and our delivery would be arriving very shortly. After at least another 40 minutes or so our food finally arrived. We were given no apologies for the now 2 hour wait and the food was cold. The chicken wings were barely cooked, even though we had requested at the time of order that they be cooked extra crispy. When my fiance brought the food back to the restaurant to request a refund, the owner preceded to call him a liar and say that it did not take that long for our food to get here and offered no sympathy or even a simple apology. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Needless to say we will never be dining from Luigi's again.

moved here for college from nyc. absolustly the best ive had since i left home, if not better! theyre prices you cannot beat, the wings are too die for, definite best in rome hands down

Ordered a cheeseburger and loaded fries. loaded fries looked like they cut up one piece of bacon and used sliced cheese, absolutely horrible... cheeseburger was decent until you bit into the lbs of mayo. Safe to say i will never order from there again.

Great food and very friendly people. We had the Chicken Parm and it was very tender and delicious! Thank you to John, Harold and our waitress Donald.....!!! LOL! You guys are the best! See you next year!
