I recently tried the purple cow wings at Slice Pizza and found them to be delicious. I would highly recommend giving them a try. The overall experience at Slice Pizza was great, and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I love Slice's NY-style pizza. However, getting it is not worth the aggravation. No matter how I order a pie --- by phone or online --- it is NEVER ready when promised. I have sat for an extra half hour waiting for pizza. Today, when I arrived to pick up my pizza I was told it wasn't ready and I would need to wait another 10-15 minutes. After about 10 minutes, a pizza I assumed was mine came out of the oven and was handed to the counter person. She put it aside on top of the oven and returned to something she was doing behind the register. After another 5 minutes, she retrieved my pizza and called my name. When I asked her why she had kept me waiting she replied that she is on the computer. Obviously, customer service is not a priority at Slice. Slice has lost my business. I can find plenty of other tasty pizza in Utica.

Pizza is fine. Plenty of places just as good or better. It's the horrible service. Very rude. Look at owners responses on Google reviews. They also just let their friends in the kitchen that don't work there, I don't need some idiot making videos bothering me when im just trying to place an order. It's a huge turn off. I don't know where his hands have been and he goes walking in the kitchen. Gross.
