First time experiencing Beef Mart and I must say, the selection of meats is truly mouthwatering. After cooking the filets I purchased, I was blown away by the delicious flavors and quality. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the knife sharpening service was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be returning to explore more of their offerings.

Never a bad experience at Either Portage or Valpo.
😢 When Portage closed.
The lady that waited 50 minutes and let customers go in front of her out of order. LOL... That was "Her Bad", I suppose! Have some sense, Woman!

The food is great! I do all my catering needs through Beef Mart and their staff are always very helpful. I've recommended them to all my friends.

Usually the employees are quick to get customers in and out without waiting very long, but on this day I had waited in line about 10 minutes with everyone else, the line kept moving which ended up shifting us in front of the deli. I stood and waited an ADDITIONAL 40 minutes while customers behind me were waited on and leaving. It wasn't until I brought it to the attention of an employee that i had been waiting 50 minutes that i finally received service. I don't mind waiting for great products, however a few of the women behind the deli counter continuously made rude remarks, even up until I was paying and leaving. I have always enjoyed shopping there 2-3x each week, but I will NEVER go to a place where I am treated like that again, and I will make sure all my friends and family do the same.
