Absolutely the worst in the area. Horrible food, and horrible mgmt. They should shut down.

We just got home from there. It was the worst since we have been going there. Over the last couple of years we have been going there, the food and service had been deteriorating. Tonight was the worst yet. My wife ordered coffee and water with no lemon. She never wrote down she wanted coffee, so when my wife asked where her coffee was, she responded with "Oh, you wanted coffee". The water came with lemon in it. The cheesy potato soup was cold (literally), and had to go back to be heated. Ordered cheesecake for dessert, it was old and rubbery and we couldn't eat it. Won't go back unless some MAJOR CHANGES are made

Poor customer service will prevent me from going back. Medium Filet mignon was under cooked. When I sent it back, it came back still rare. When the waitress told the manager after I asked her to, the waitress stated the manager had no response. When I finally found the manager in the bar, she made me give her my take home box before she would take the meal off my bill. No apology or acknowledgement of error. I can forgive a bad meal, it happens but I cannot forgive bad customer service.
