The service at the chef's counter was exceptional, offering an intimate dining experience that elevated our enjoyment of the unfiltered sake and fresh sashimi. The mapo pork with eggplant and deep-fried yellowtail skewers were standout dishes that showcased the authentic Japanese flavors of Guu Garlic, making it a memorable dining destination for lovers of traditional izakaya cuisine.
