The lobster sticky rice was a revelation, with its delicate flavors infused by succulent lobster juices, allowing the true essence of the dish to shine without overwhelming distractions. The barbecue duck, wrapped in a light sweet bread shell, elevated the classic Peking duck experience, making it easier to savor the rich crunch and depth of the duck itself, while the rest of the dishes we tried were equally well-crafted, leaving me eager to return.
