Ordered 2 meals for lunch (brother and sister). Brother was given the wrong meal, and sister didn't get her meal at all. Both kids, understandably, were very sad and disappointed. Bad, bad.

At our school we get hot lunch from it and its service is terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was soggy, I ordered spaghetti and it was dry, I ordered an Onigiri and it was hard.
